From standard clear poly using a carrier sheet to pre-printed colour poly that’s personalised by inkjet, we can supply the solution you are looking for.
With a range of options available from thickness to opacity, plain or printed, poly wrap is an extremely versatile option.
We can also source environmentally friendly oxo-degradable and starch based compostable films. Again, where machine is not an option we can enclose into poly bags by hand.
We have an extensive range of Sitma™ polythene wrapping lines providing capacity to wrap over 500,000 items per day.
Each of our six lines are capable of handling packs containing up to 11 separate items ranging in size from A6 right through to A3.
Polythene is available in a variety of sizes and colours, including designs printed to your specification giving the individual impact you require.
The automatic lines are ideally suited to the wrapping of catalogues, brochures and other literature. Included within the high-tech machines is a specialist facility for the wrapping of larger catalogues and directories. We are capable of handling spine widths up to a massive 75mm.
A “pick and place” device is available that can cover mount CD’s and sachets and gifts onto the front of the magazines, these can also be glued into place.
The addressing of your packs can be by a pre personalised address carrier or by using our high speed inkjetting heads which can personalise whilst wrapping either onto the outer polythene or on to your books or brochures.
